Our journey began in 1967 when our family immigrated to Canada, a voyage symbolized by the presence of the 1967 Fiat located in our cafe. This new beginning instilled in us a deep appreciation for family, cooking, and celebrating life’s moments.

Food was never just a tradition, it was the very heart of our upbringing. Mastering the art of crafting homemade dishes is a part of our DNA, a legacy passed down by our mother Francesca Mercurio and our beloved father Fiore Mercurio. Their culinary expertise and passion for baking and cooking continue to influence our approach in running L’Espresso Bar Mercurio to this day.
